FACHIC is constantly working towards new and innovative ways to promote good health and improve the well being of the Filipino American community. Your donation, whatever amount or form, will support the free health education and research programs and other health-related services provided by FACHIC.

All contributions are 100% tax deductible under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code. You will receive a tax deductible letter by email for your records.

In-Kind Donations
FACHIC is in need of the following in-kind contributions: stamps, envelopes, gift cards to Jewel Osco, Dominicks, Target, Walmart, CVS and Walgreens, conference meeting space for 10 to 15 people, copying services, and gift certificates to local restaurants, department stores and services. Matching Contributions
Companies frequently match their employee’s donations to registered non-profit organizations. If your employer provides matching donations, please do let us know. This is an easy way to double your donation! All you would need to do is mail in the matching contribution form from your company with your employment identification.

Recognition Program
FACHIC also has a recognition program for our donors. For each of the following levels, the group receives a letter of appreciation and a certificate. Additional benefits to be added in the coming year.

Tanso (Copper) club $100 to $499
Pilak (Silver) club $500 to $999
Ginto (Gold) club $1,000 to $4,999
Perlas (Pearls) club $5,000 to $9,999
Dyamante (Diamond) club $10,000+
